The Redhills
Playing traditional music from around the British Isles (and the occasional dispatch from one of the colonies!) out loud and proud, The Redhills bring you anything from a morris tune to an Irish slip jig coupled with a border ballad or rip roaring sea song to the gentle strains of a rock rhythm section. They might also “folk up ” the odd rock standard, just to keep you on your toes!
Based in rural Warwickshire near Stratford-on-Avon, they have fiddle , electric and acoustic guitars, bass and myriad percussive and shakey things (which can be piled around a drum kit or a cahon, depending on stage size) as well as male and female vocals.
