KC Jones Trio

KC Jones Trio are Karen Killeen-Jones (award winning songwriter), her husband Colin Jones, and John Phillips.

Karen and Colin come from Nuneaton in Warwickshire; John comes from Tamworth and they perform mostly original songs, but also some traditional and contemporary covers, with instrumentation such as guitar, mandolin, accordion, melodica and whistle.

Known for their catchy and thought provoking songs, fine vocals and close harmonies, and sense of humour, an entertaining set is always promised from this folk duo.

Their second album, “Roots”, featuring such guest musicians as Keith Donnelly and Lauren South, has received critical acclaim, as has Karen’s solo EP, “A Woman’s Work”. They have just released their third album “Collection”.
